Our group of SLPs (Speech-Language Pathologists) provide speech and language therapy for Medicaid, NCHealthChoice, and private pay children across the Piedmont of North Carolina, including Alamance, Chatham, Durham, Guilford, Harnett, Lee, Orange, Person, and Wake County.
All of our therapists are NC board licensed and have national certificates of clinical competence from ASHA. These providers have expertise with apraxia, dyslexia, hearing impairments, clefts, autism, attention difficulties, caregiver coaching, Down syndrome, and assistive and augmentative communication.
We provide evaluations and treatment in the home, daycare, clinic, or school, and provide support for caregivers across settings.
Specializing in bilingual language development, our providers have additional training for identifying and treating bilingual and non-English-speaking children (ELL, English Language Learners). They are able to identify primary language impairments, compare development across the two languages, and provide monolingual or bilingual therapy approaches to maximize progress across the two languages.
